The University of Malaya (UM), Malaysia's oldest university is the premier multidisciplinary Research University in Malaysia with more than 23,000 students and 2,000 academic staff.

There are 16 faculties, six research clusters and 50 research centres in the discipline of Medicine, Engineering, Sciences, Arts and Humanities.
