Summary of activity:
The work package leader for QM, Prof Andreas Stoffers from the University of Applied Languages (UAL)/SDI, Munich Germany has agreed to take on the main responsibility in producing the Project Quality Handbook with assistance from Dr Sinan. The Project Quality Handbook will cover the quality management aspects of the project, quality processes in dissemination and finance and issues and challenges.
The QM team is currently finalising the Risk Assessment tool, which will feature the different categories of risk, Key Performing Index metrics and pinpoint the current status of our BRECIL project within those entities.
